I believe Web 3.0 represents the opportunity of a lifetime, but it'll require some work to get everyday people to understand its full potential and how to harness it.

One of my goals is to bridge the gap between CeFi and DeFi marketing.

Both ecosystems are unbelievably complementary, and Iā€™m fortunate to have gained working knowledge in both worlds with incredible companies. Ultimately, I believe CeFi and DeFi need to converge.

I'm really good at making sense of numbers and turning quantitative insights into a creative yet practical strategy. I love popularizing complicated concepts such as financial services, cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies in order to drive mass adoption.

In my previous role at BigPay, I led the growth, product marketing and integrated marketing functions for the first challenger bank in Southeast Asia. I was part of the executive team that secured USD 100m in funding from one of the largest conglomerates in the region.

If I weren't in the room, my teammates would describe me as calm, empathetic and supportive. I believe providing support, committing to collective goals and making others feel appreciated is essential to developing positive, high performing teams.
